Dear Reader,
October is my Birthday month and I am reflecting on just how just how blessed I am and how, with focus and inspired action, I have attracted many miracles over the past year!
It all started this time last year when I stepped up and gave myself the Birthday gift of being supported by my friend and colleague, Laura West and her Center for Joyful Business. I stepped into a new role, with Laura as my mentor, and signed up for her “Attraction Marketing and Money Mindset Program”. All of the changes that you have witnessed over the past year are directly related to my commitment and her guidance. Yes, it does take both a financial commitment and a clear vision to step into receiving MORE.
 Recently, I participated in Laura’s “Business Goddess Marketing Breakthrough Experience” in Virginia Beach, VA and have returned fired up and grateful for the power and tenacity of the circle of amazing business women that I got to share time and space with! Since my return from these three days on the ocean, I am riding a big energetic wave of bliss and joy and new creation.

As a result of the work I am doing, I am ready to “take my business into my dreams” or is that “take my dreams more fully into my business”? In the coming months, you will see my programs become more select in the design of what I will offer along the lines of Pleasure Mosaic Coaching.

On a personal note, just after creating this visual mosaic, my month got way more intense exciting and I felt pretty vulnerable. After three very dry years of not dating, I had the good fortune to be introduced to an amazing man, via a connection angel at my yoga studio.
A bottle of wine the first night led to a weekend camping and canoeing trip the following weekend - now this part alone blew me away because I am such a nature’s child! We have been playing and riding the waters ever since. I loved his energy from the start and as my girlfriends always predicted, it is EASY and FUN with the right person!
I am learning to surrender more to the magic and miracles that are all around me. I feel very blessed to know that my mission and life’s work (as I understand it so far) are to show others how to get in touch with their pleasure points for the sake of being fully alive and doing what matters.
How much GD fun is that?!!! I am a lucky soul!

Masking Your Desires
A big step in working with a client to discover her heart’s desire is for her to take off her mask and find out what is underneath! There is just something so scary about truly admitting what we want for ourselves and stepping into it! Undertones of feeling not worthy and not able to receive seem to be some of the scoundrels who lurk and hide behind these masks!
These three seemingly simple questions are the foundation of my work as we begin to explore your pleasure points.
I think some of you have been wearing your mask for so long, you no longer know who you are underneath. It has almost grown attached to your face. Removing it would feel like ripping off a part of your own skin, almost like an abrasive facial scrub. Yet, we all know that those facial scrubs are just the ticket for removing dead skin and reclaiming a youthful fresh shine!
What I know for sure is that I have created a system to help you gently and lovingly remove your mask and look your passion and pleasure points right in the eye!
7 Sacred Self-Care Rituals
that will support you in removing your mask 1. First and foremost, be compassionate and loving with yourself. This is your number one relationship for life. You were born in magnificence and you are a goddess!
2. Get support, find your mentor or mentors. It is time for you to realize that you can’t do it alone and why would you want to? It is way more fun to be held and supported as we pursue our dreams and passions.
3. Surround yourself with like-minded and spirited individuals. In other words, find your tribe of people that share your values and want to play in the same arena. If your environment is toxic, it is working against you and will not support you.
4. Mastermind your dreams, ideas, thoughts and actions. The power of a committed and devoted circle of colleagues that will hold you in your BIG PLACE is where you will continue to gain momentum and be nourished and find the energy to keep moving forward.
5. Visualize your dreams and passions. Make them tangible and feel real. This is where my Pleasure Mosaic provides you with a living breathing vision board to inspire and project so that you see who you are and where you want to go. It is everything you need to help you focus again and again.
6. Believe in Miracle Making and know that you are the co-creator of everything that you attract into your life. Just don’t be attached to the time line of expectation. Know that everything is perfectly in balance and the divine timing will unfold according to plan.
7. Express your gratitude every day. Gratitude in the way of prayer and a daily practice support the magnificent journey you are on.

Laura West....
 Here is a picture of Laura and me at the Goddess Workshop last week. I hope that you can see the love and aliveness in our eyes. Laura has been instrumental in helping me claim my joy and has given me the tools that I need to grow my business and give my clients more of what they really expect and want from me.
She is such a pleasure to work with, and I love how our relationship has grown and deepened over the years, as we ride the wave of friendship! She has played an important role as my mentor over the past year AND she is talented, smart and EXTREMELY creative!
The spotlight on Laura is getting bigger as we speak. She developed a wonderful product called The Joyful Business Guide that makes planning your business delightful! She develops wonderful programs that help business owners get really focused on what it is they want to create, and then she helps them achieve those goals and even more.
